Severe rain, wind, or lightning could delay your service. If there is any inclement weather on the day of your
appointment, we will reach out ASAP if rescheduling is appropriate.

No, you are not required to be home for your appointment. We do however ask that you let us know ahead of time. We will take before and after pictures once your service is complete. These photos will be sent along with an electronic invoice.

Great question! Make sure all doors and windows are closed, keep any pets inside, and make sure no vehicles are in
the driveway. If anything else is needed to ensure your appointment goes smoothly, we will let you know upon our
arrival.
